Do you love our quarterly care package graphic items and want to have them shipped to you automatically? We hear you! Our 2025 MWDTSA subscription box will automatically ship these items to you each quarter:

• One t-shirt
• One VELCRO^® patch
• One sticker

DETAILS: Pay one flat fee up front for all quarterly boxes: $140 total payment includes four boxes at $35 each. Our graphics change each quarter. The themes will be a surprise and we do not have graphics available in advance! When you check out, please provide the t-shirt size that you wish to receive in each box. No size changes will be accepted after checkout. Your box will include free shipping to the address that you provide during checkout, and you will receive an e-mail with tracking info from Stamps.com when your box ships out each quarter. This is an approximate time frame:

• March 2025 – one t-shirt, one patch and one sticker with our Q1 care package graphic
• June 2025 – one t-shirt, one patch and one sticker with our Q2 care package graphic
• September 2025 – one t-shirt, one patch and one sticker with our Q3 care package graphic
• December 2025 – one t-shirt, one patch and one sticker with our Q4 care package graphic
